Processing Time

All products are handmade and processed within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri). Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS and occasionally UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

International Orders

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees or failed delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Layna’s Botanicals is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS or the carrier used.

If you receive the wrong item or are missing part of your order, email laynasbotanicals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. A replacement will be sent within 1–3 business days if approved.

Incorrect Address Policy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missing apartment/unit number, or delivery failure, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

Right to Refuse Service

Layna’s Botanicals reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Herbal Teas

To preserve freshness and potency:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
• Keep packaging tightly sealed or transfer to an airtight glass jar
• Avoid heat, moisture, and humidity
• Always use a dry spoon when measuring
• Keep away from strong-smelling herbs or spices

Best used within 6–12 months of purchase.

Handmade Soaps

To extend the life and quality of your soap:

• Keep soap dry between uses
• Do not leave in standing water or direct stream of water
• Store in a well-ventilated area
• Keep sealed until ready for use

Recommended: Use a soap saver or bamboo soap tray to allow proper drainage and airflow. This helps the soap last longer and prevents softening.

These are handcrafted botanical products made in small batches. Proper storage helps maintain their scent, texture, and overall quality.

Keep in mind, I’m not a doctor. This information is based on my own experience and sacred knowledge I want to keep alive. 

There is a variety of herbs you can use for such purposes and those same herbs have the potential to expel an unwanted pregnancy or even support fertility

Herbs are for multipurpose use

Unlike traditional birth control herbal contraceptives aren’t taken daily. Herbal contraceptives work best during the fertility window which includes the ovulation phase; this is when you have a higher chance of conception.
To identify this window, you’ll need to track the first day of your last menstrual cycle and note the length of your cycle.

The fertility window typically starts 5 days after the last day of menstruation. 

You can also track your basal body temperature. During the fertility window, basal temperature naturally rises, signaling increased fertility.

Example:
If my menstrual cycle started on December 31st and lasted until January 4th my fertility window would start on January 9th. 

2 days before my fertility window I will start consuming one of my herbal contraceptive extracts for 7 days straight. Then I would pause and repeat the following month. 

A few days after I mindfully consumed the herbs I noted slight cramping for 1-2 days. 

Also keep in mind, not every herb works for everyone. We all have different sensitivity levels and immune responses, which is why I offer such a variety of herbal contraceptives to choose from. You’ll need to experiment with nature’s herbal options and see what works best for you.
